Therrin is a Windrider elf from Lezaria, and the founder and ruler of the Windriders. She has silver eyes and black hair. Therrin is bonded to the giant eagle, Thornder.

In Lezarian year 2101, Therrin was born in the village of Teneren, on the slopes of Mount Erendin. Her parents were two powerful mages, Tholdace and Serrin Ice-Thorn. Upon her birth, three mages visited from Daggervale. [1]

Therrin married Waternorth, and they had seven children: Terace, Toref, Darren, Renneck, the twins Cammer and Tammer, and Dorathren. She had three younger siblings, a brother named Herthen, and two sisters named Kameg and Ravel.

She and her family went on trading expeditions through Garateck to Tominia and Celevia to the north. In 2261, they were caught in a landslide and were rescued by a group of giant eagles. The Windriders was thus created, and upon returning to Taverak, Therrin founded the city of Tentisalu at the mouth of the River Tangor.[2]

In 2300, Therrin relocated her people to Dalizar, far to the south on the continent of Kalor. They had lands of their own now and weren't going to be caught up in the wars between Taverak and Noraley.

In 2340, Therrin sent Elen the Excellent and his companions back to Zarhanna to slay the dragon, Scregor.[3]
